Chronivue is a spreadsheet you buy once. There is no account, no login, and no product telemetry. This page explains the small amount of information that does change hands, who handles it, and what you can ask us to do about it.
Who this policy is from
Chad Crowson d/b/a Chronivue

References to "we," "us," and "Chronivue" mean the business named above, which operates chronivue.com and sells the Chronivue tracker.
The short version
We collect your email address if you join the Chronivue Pro waitlist, and we receive your order details if you buy the tracker. We run no analytics and no advertising trackers of any kind. We do not sell personal data. If you want your information removed, email support@chronivue.com and we will take care of it.
What we collect, and when
If you join the Pro waitlist
We collect the email address you submit. The form is operated by MailerLite, which stores the address on our behalf and sends any Chronivue Pro announcements. We use it for that purpose only.
If you buy the tracker
Purchases are processed by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the merchant of record for the sale. Lemon Squeezy collects your name, email address, billing address, tax location, and payment details directly, and its own privacy policy governs that collection. We never see or store your full card number or bank details. What we receive from Lemon Squeezy is an order record containing your name, email address, country, and the amount and date of the purchase, which we keep for delivery, support, and tax and accounting purposes.
If you email us
We receive whatever you put in the message, along with your email address, and we keep the correspondence so we can follow up. Support mail sent to support@chronivue.com is forwarded to a personal mailbox operated by Google.
Automatically, when you visit the site
The site is hosted by Netlify, whose servers keep standard request logs including IP address, browser user agent, referring page, and time of request. These logs exist for security and operational reasons and are retained by Netlify under its own policies. We do not run Google Analytics or any equivalent product, and there are no advertising pixels on this site.
Cookies, local storage, and third party scripts
Chronivue sets no cookies of its own.
The Pro waitlist form loads two third party scripts, MailerLite and Google reCAPTCHA, and it loads them only after you click or tab into the email field. If you never interact with that form, neither script loads and neither company receives anything from your visit. Once loaded, MailerLite stores an identifier called ml_guid in your browser's local storage so it can recognize a repeat submission, and Google reCAPTCHA sets cookies under google.com in order to distinguish human visitors from automated ones. Both are necessary for the form to work and to keep it from being abused.
The Lemon Squeezy checkout script loads on page view so that the purchase button can open checkout in an overlay rather than sending you to another site. It does not set cookies or store anything in your browser until you actually open checkout.
Fonts are served by Google Fonts, which means Google receives your IP address when the page loads in order to deliver the font files. Google states that it does not use these requests to build advertising profiles.
Who else handles your information
- Lemon Squeezy, merchant of record. Processes the purchase, handles payment and sales tax, and issues receipts and refunds.
- MailerLite, email service. Stores waitlist addresses and delivers any announcement emails.
- Google, for reCAPTCHA spam prevention on the waitlist form, for Google Fonts, and for the mailbox that receives support mail.
- Netlify, hosting. Serves the site and keeps standard server logs.
Each of these companies processes information under its own privacy policy. We do not share your information with anyone beyond what is described here, and we do not disclose it for anyone else's marketing.
What we do not do
We do not sell personal data. We do not share personal data for cross context behavioral advertising or targeted advertising. We do not use your information for automated decision making or profiling. We do not track you across other websites.
Email you receive from us
If you join the waitlist, you will get email about Chronivue Pro and nothing else. Every message includes an unsubscribe link that works immediately, and you can also just reply and ask to be taken off. If you buy the tracker, you will receive a receipt and delivery instructions, which are transactional messages rather than marketing.
Reminder emails from the tracker are not sent by us. If you turn reminders on, your copy of the sheet sends them from your own Google account to your own address, and we have no access to them.
How long we keep things
Waitlist addresses are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them. Order records are kept as long as required for tax, accounting, and refund purposes, which in practice means several years. Support correspondence is kept for as long as it is useful and deleted on request.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to know what personal data we hold about you, to get a copy of it, to correct it, to delete it, and to opt out of sale or targeted advertising. Since we do not sell data or advertise, the last of these has nothing to operate on, but the others are all available to you regardless of your location. We extend the same rights to everyone rather than sorting visitors by jurisdiction.
To exercise any of them, email support@chronivue.com from the address you want us to look up. We will respond within 45 days. If we need to verify that the request is really yours, we will do it by replying to the address already on file rather than asking you for identity documents. You will not be charged, and we will not treat you differently for asking.
If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, our lawful basis for holding a waitlist address is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time, and our basis for holding order records is the performance of our contract with you together with our legitimate interest in keeping accurate business records. You also have the right to complain to your local supervisory authority.
Where your information is processed
Chronivue is operated from the United States and the service providers listed above process information in the United States and elsewhere. If you are visiting from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States.
Children
Chronivue is a business tool and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, email support@chronivue.com and we will delete it.
Security
We keep the amount of information we hold deliberately small, which is the most effective protection available to a business this size. The services we rely on maintain their own security programs. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the date at the top of the page changes with it. Material changes affecting people already on the waitlist will also be sent by email.
